May 1991

Our Building

We purchased our warm and inviting building on the Brookside corridor in the HEART of Historic Redlands.

September 2002

First expansion

We expanded our psychotherapy services to include Women’s Groups and On-Site Leadership training & Development (LLUMC, St. Mary Hospital, SEE and other organizations served).

March 2005

Second expansion

We continued to expand services including Biofeedback and Mindful Meditation.

November 2009

Living-Consciousness Birth

Created Living-Consciousness seminars… currently offered in One-Day-Seminar forums monthly.

October 2009

First Women’s Retreat

Dr. Covington’s first annual Women’s Retreat.

January 2014

The Meditation Room

We remodeled our building to create the Meditation room.

January 2017

Leaders

Leaders in offering extraordinary psychological and psycho-spiritual services. We were awarded top Psychological clinic by OpenCare in 2016! Clinical services, seminars, workshops and retreats offered throughout the calendar year!

All Psychedelic Health

All Psychedelic Health opened as a specialized ketamine treatment practice, bringing decades of clinical experience into an emerging area of mental health care.
We explored what could happen when established psychology met new science, while keeping the work grounded in thoughtful, responsible clinical care.
Before it was mainstream, we were already in the room.

Fall 2023

Wabi Sabi Circle

Then the work moved beyond the therapy room.
Wabi Sabi Circle was founded as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating intensive, donor-supported retreat experiences for women in EMS. Intentionally small and deeply experiential, the Circle brings together psychological care, K-Circle, equine work, mind/body practices, nature, and community.
Eight women. One week. Space for something different to happen.
Where the armor can come off.

August 28, 2026

And then, the Ocean

After 35 years in Redlands, the Brookside building was sold on August 28, 2026.
A very long chapter closed.
The psychology practice moved to the heart of Channel Islands Harbor, where I now see patients in person and virtually.
Same Dr. Tracy. Much better view.
And perhaps the best summary of 35+ years of doing this work:
Life is messy. Therapy doesn’t have to be.

Goodbye, Redlands. 💜Escrow closed on 511 Brookside on August 28.After 35 years and 4 months, that chapter is officially complete.This was my first full week working from home, and somewhere in the middle of this transition, a dear person caught this completely unplanned moment of me hugging the tree I planted for Kurt. (Thank you Svitlana).The Kurt Tree.And yes, that is ice at its feet. It was 104 degrees, so naturally I brought a bag of ice for the tree. Apparently grief, love, and emergency horticulture are now part of my skill set. 511 Brookside held an enormous piece of my life. Kurt and I built our practice there. We worked there, laughed there, grew there, lost there, loved there, and walked alongside thousands of people through pieces of their own lives.After Kurt died, I stayed.And somehow that building became more than a building. It became history. Witness. Continuity.So before I left, I hugged the tree.I think I was hugging Kurt.I think I was hugging 35 years and 4 months.I think I was hugging everyone who ever walked through those doors.And if you are reading this and you know me, please know this:I have thought of you during this past month.So many faces, voices, moments, stories, friendships, patients, colleagues, neighbors, and people I have loved have moved through my mind.You were not incidental.You were a vital thread in this strange, beautiful, imperfect, woven thing we call a life.And I am profoundly aware that my life would not be the same without all of those threads.The chapter is closed.The love isn’t.Goodbye, Redlands.You were home for a very long time.And you mattered. ...
